UK NEQAS is happy to discuss problems by phone or email in the first instance (formal complaints should be in the form of a fax, email or letter). We will endeavour to resolve the issue.
Complaints regarding the service provided by UK NEQAS for Immunology, Immunochemistry and Allergy should be directed to either the Director, Deputy Director or the Operations Manager.
A formal complaints procedure is in place to respond appropriately. Where a problem cannot be resolved, to the satisfaction of both parties, it will be referred to the Chairman of the Joint Working Group on Quality Assurance for mediation.
