Problems or complaints about our service should be discussed with the Lead Laboratory Manager or Deputy Laboratory Manager in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve the issue.

A formal complaints procedure is in place.  Any formal complaints should be submitted in the form of a fax, email or letter and addressed to the Lead Laboratory Manager, Mr Kevin Green.
